Who We Are

The Garage Door Spring Replacement Specialists Susanville, CA Homeowners Call First

We started 5 Star Garage Door Service because too many Susanville, CA homeowners were getting rushed, vague quotes from crews they'd never see twice.

That distinction matters more than most homeowners realize until they've had a bad experience with the alternative.

A technician who reaches your Susanville, CA door carries manufacturer training, a fully stocked truck, and the authority to diagnose and quote on the spot.

Every 5 Star Garage Door Service crew in Susanville, CA operates under active insurance that protects your property, not just ours.

Catch It Early

What Your Door Is Trying To Tell You

A garage door almost never fails without warning first — it tells you, if you're listening.

Grinding Or Squealing

Metal-on-metal grinding usually means a bearing or roller is near the end of its service life.

Uneven Lift On One Side

A door that looks tilted mid-cycle is under uneven load and can jump the track without warning.

Won't Fully Seal Shut

Intermittent remote response often traces to a failing logic board inside the opener.

A quick inspection now costs far less than the breakdown that follows if any of this goes unaddressed.

Our Core Garage Door Services

Full-Scope Garage Door Spring Replacement Coverage Across Susanville, CA

Whatever brought you here, one of these lines almost certainly covers it.

Emergency Garage Door Repair

Emergency trucks carry a broader parts range specifically because these calls can't wait for a supply run.

Residential Repair & Spring Service

Torsion and extension spring replacement, cable service, roller and hinge repair — the bread-and-butter work Susanville, CA homeowners call about most.

Commercial Door & Operator Service

Rolling steel doors, high-cycle operators, and loading-dock equipment for Susanville, CA warehouses, retail properties, and fleet depots.

New Door Installation

Custom and non-standard openings get measured twice before we order, since a sizing error on a custom door is costly to fix.

Opener Installation & Repair

Smart-enabled installs include app pairing and a walkthrough before we leave.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

We document what we find so you can track wear trends year over year.

Most Susanville, CA jobs fall cleanly into one of these categories, and the ones that don't still get a straight answer instead of a runaround.
